PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Built on a 9.4-acre of leasehold industrial land in Kota Damansara, EmHub comprises 2 blocks of stratified 6 storey ramp-up buildings. The EmHub project is divided into 2 phases. Phase 1 consists of 234 units in Hub 1 and 13 units on the ground floor. Phase 1 was launched in the first quarter of 2019. Phase 2 of 217 units will be launched in 2021. Physical work on site for Phase 1 is progressing on schedule with about 40% of work completed by 31 December 2020. Phase 1 is expected to be completed by the end of 2022 while phase 2 scheduled for completion in 2023.
